Convenient banking on-the-go using your mobile phone or tablet! If you are a current Personal Online Banking customer, there are some simple steps you can do to take advantage of the following Choice Bank's Mobile Banking options: Downloadable Mobile App, Mobile Browser, Text Banking or the Tablet App. View your balances and transaction history, transfer funds between your accounts, pay bills, deposit checks and much more. Please note, you do need to enroll for Personal Online Banking first before using Mobile Banking. If you haven't already done so, click here to enroll for Personal Online Banking.

Before you begin, be sure to keep your Mobile Banking secure by following these tips!


Mobile App Access

Download and use the Choice Bank Mobile App Choice Bank App logo found on either the App Store or Google Play. 

IMPORTANT: 

  • Please remember you will need your Username and Password from the Personal Online Banking log in criteria to initially complete the secure log in.
  • Ensure that your mobile device has the most current operating system. 


Touch ID for the Mobile App

Accessing your finances has never been faster or easier - now all you need is your fingerprint! Apple and Android users can enable this feature on the Choice Bank Mobile App by going to the "More" tab and selecting "Touch ID Settings". After following the instructions provided, you will be able to eliminate typing a password and will be able to access your accounts conveniently and securely with just your fingerprint going forward! 


Mobile Browser

Provides access to our Online Banking site through a mobile web browser that is designed to fit the format of your cell phone screen. This option may be favored by customers who have a Smart Phone but do not utilize Apps. Users can bookmark the website for convenient access. To activate this feature log in to your Personal Online Banking, click on the Options tab, scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile, click Manage Device(s) and following the instructions to activate the Mobile Browser.


Text Banking

Receive real-time balances by texting 'BAL' and transaction history by texting 'HIST' to the designated number - 99588. A text response will be sent back to you with the requested information. No log in information required! To activate this feature log in to your Personal Online Banking, click on the Options tab, scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile, click Manage Device(s) and following the instructions to activate Text Banking.


Tablet App Access

Download and use the Choice Bank Tablet App found on either the App Store or Google Play. Deposit checks using your tablet's camera, pay bills, transfer funds, and so much more!!
