Rodney R. Oilschlager
Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Oilschlager serves as the President of Midwest Real Estate Development Company where he oversees the company's development and management of their multi-family portfolio consisting of over approximately 4,000 units and 125 employees. As a principal of Midwest Real Estate Development Company and his personal involvement has enabled the company to increase the value of their investment. From 1973 to 1979 Mr. Oilschlager served as a pilot in the United States Navy where he received valuable management and leadership experience. He currently serves as a director of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce.
Arend (Archie) A. Stam
Director and Governance Committee Chairman
Mr. Stam is President of Marvel Manufacturing Co. Inc. Prior to his current capacity, he enjoyed a distinguished career at Oshkosh Corporation where he held various increasingly responsible positions including sales and marketing, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Mr. Stam has been active in promoting the community having served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is currently serving on the City of Oshkosh Redevelopment Authority, UW-Oshkosh Business Excellence Board and GO-EDC Industrial Development Committee.
Gerald A. Thiele
Director and Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. Thiele was actively engaged in the wholesale distribution of exterior building products in Green Lake, Wisconsin through Prestige Wholesale Supply, a company that he founded in 1986 and expanded through an additional distribution center in 2002. He is currently in the development stages of a new company. A Wisconsin native, Mr. Thiele has lived in Oshkosh for the past 11 years. He is actively involved in his church and has been a volunteer coach for youth soccer, basketball and football.
Mark D. Troudt
Director and Risk Management Officer
Mr. Troudt serves as Risk Management Officer. He has lived almost his entire life in Oshkosh. He began his career with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions where he served as a State Bank Examiner. He went on to work with three other banks in Oshkosh as well as a telecommunications company and a local manufacturing company prior to joining Choice Bank. He has also been a member of various community groups including Kiwanis (Past President) and working with local fundraising organizations including the American Cancer Society.
Kenneth J. Balda
Mr. Balda has owned and operated Quality Truck Care Center since 1986. His Truck Dealership/Repair business has continued to grow and now employs 160 employees with four dealership locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Green Bay. During his career he developed strong leadership and business skills, along with a good understanding of financial statements.
Stephen W. Ford
Mr. Ford serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and board member for Lapham-Hickey Steel Corporation, a company he has held various positions with for over 40 years. He is responsible for its seven locations and has an office in Oshkosh and Chicago. Mr. Ford is a current board member of Metals Service Centers Institute and is a past President of the Wisconsin Chapter. He is active in the Oshkosh community and a board member of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. He also attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh,
Richard L. Gabert
A lifelong resident of Winnebago County, Mr. Gabert worked as a sales representative for Pluswood Industries from 1969 to 1984, at which time he started his own business. All of his adult life he has been involved in the purchase, sale, rehabilitation, ownership and management of residential income producing properties. In 1984, through partnership with another individual, Mr.Gabert became more involved in building and managing large apartment complexes and commercial buildings.
Paul R. Getchel
A lifelong resident of Oshkosh, Mr. Getchel has worked in the Oshkosh area since he was 12 years old. He has been employed with the same real estate office for over 25 years, and is consistently a sales leader in the Oshkosh area market. He attributes this success to being a lifetime resident of the Oshkosh area. He has been an active member of past and present charitable and community organizations. He cherishes the relationships he has acquired throughout his career.
Michael L. Hanneman DDS
Dr. Hanneman began his general dental practice in Oshkosh in 1982 and in 1983 he was joined in practice by his wife, Dr. Karen Dustrude. From 1990-1994, Dr. Hanneman was a director for M&I-Western State Bank. His father, Lloyd Hanneman was a founder and the first president of Western State Bank. Dr. Hanneman also served on the Community Advisory Board of Associated Bank-Oshkosh from 1994-2004. He is active in the music program at the Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church and was a member of the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Club, in which he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also a former board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Oshkosh Area. Currently, Dr. Hanneman serves on the board of directors of The Oshkosh Grand Opera House Foundation. He is also the past treasurer of the Marquette University School of Dentistry Alumni Board.
David A. Janssen, M.D.
President and co-owner of FoxValley Plastic Surgery, S.C., which he founded in 1993, Dr. Janssen and hispractice have provided Plastic, Reconstructive, and Hand surgical services toover 40,000 patients of the New North. Dr. Janssen has served as the Chief ofSurgery at Mercy Medical Center for four years, the Affinity Board of Directorsfor four years and was President of their Physician Activities Committee forthree years. Dr. Janssen is the Medical Director of ThedaCare Surgery Center-Oshkosh.Dr. Janssen serves on the Board of Trustees of Ripon College. He works withWomen for World Health doing Reconstructive Pediatric Plastic Surgery in thirdworld countries. Dr Janssen participates in extreme bicycle events athigh altitudes.
Thomas L. Muza
An Oshkosh native, Mr. Muza has been with Muza Metal Products since 1977, expanding his knowledge of business, engineering and metal fabrication. He replaced his father as President in 1995, and purchased Muza Metal Products from his father in 1997. During his time as owner of Muza Metal Products, he expanded the Company significantly both in terms of sales and employment. During the past eight years the company has added approximately 50 new employment opportunities for the community. In 2005, Mr. Muza became the Chief Executive Officer of Muza Metal Products. He served as a Director for Leach Credit Union during the mid 1990’s and has also been a member of several community organizations Board of Directors.
James G. Poeschl
Mr. Poeschl is a self employed trader in the stock and options market. Mr. Poeschl served as Vice President and Secretary of Poeschl Industries, Inc., a furniture manufacturer and supplier to the music industry, from August 1989 until March 2002, when the business was sold. He was licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor from December 1995 to July 1997. Mr Poeschl has served as a Class III director for Choice Bank since its inception in 2006.
Jeffrey S. Rogge
Mr. Rogge has been the President and owner of Rogge Sausage since 2000 and has worked in the family business since 1986. He is a member of two local chamber groups, as well as the N.F.I.B., and W.I.B., which are business associations. He has been a life long member of Martin Luther Church in Oshkosh, where he currently serves on the buildings and ground committee. Mr. Rogge enjoys outdoor recreational activities, including hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, archery, and best of all, weekends in the north woods of Wisconsin at his cabin.
Thomas N. Rusch
Mr. Rusch has been actively engaged in the real estate development business for over 40 years, primarily in the holding of rental property and in land development. He is also the owner of Rusch Land & Cattle Co. in North and South Dakota. From 1997 to 2001, he served as a director for F&M Bank, in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
John F. Supple III
Mr. Supple is the co-founder and co-owner of Supple Restaurant Group, a multi-unit restaurant development company. He is the President of the group, which currently operates seven restaurants with two in development. He has spent his entire career in the family business headquartered in Oshkosh. His success in the industry has afforded him numerous awards including the 2000 Small Business Person of The Year by The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Entrepreneur of the Year – Retail 2004 by Marian College Business & Industry Awards, the Small Business of The Year 2004 by the Appleton Post Crescent. In addition to his professional success, Mr. Supple has been extremely involved in Oshkosh and has served on several Boards of community groups. His most recent commitment to the area is his service on the Oshkosh Convention and Tourism Board.
